Oversee the advising of over 700 students that is provided by 8 professional advisors that are part of the grant-funded Science Success Center (SSC)
Support CNS department chairs with transfer student advising to improve graduation rates, time to graduation, sense of belonging, and reduce equity gaps
Collaborate and communicate with managers from the CSUSB Academic Success and Undergraduate Advising Center and the Career Center to enhance advising efforts
Co-authored the advising plan and co-led the quarter to semester advising of over 900 kinesiology students in collaboration with 2 other faculty members
Provided academic and career advising to over kinesiology students every academic year.
