Organizing Committee III-IC-BR24
The International Association of Nutrition and Sport warmly welcomes you this year 2024 to the next edition of our Congress. We are convinced that the annual celebration of this event, which is the most important for us, significantly contributes to the academic training of students and professionals.
We are deeply pleased to extend an invitation to our III INANS International Congress, which will be held in 2024. We will start the activities with the Pre-Congress on September 26 and 27, which will be held in an asynchronous virtual mode. Subsequently, on September 28th, we will meet in the majestic city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, at the facilities of the Plaza First Hotel, Barra da Tijuca, for the in-person celebration of our Congress. For the first time, we will also have a Post-Congress, which will take place on September 29 in asynchronous virtual mode.
During these days, we will address highly relevant topics in the fields of Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, and Sports.
In collaboration with our Organizing Committee, we have worked hard to offer you an event of guaranteed academic excellence, based on the scientific evidence of the latest research, presented by outstanding national and international academics from over 20 English, Portuguese, and Spanish-speaking countries.
Rio de Janeiro, located in beautiful Brazil, is known for its historical events, its lush natural beauty, and its vibrant culture. This September 2024 will be a milestone in the history of INANS as the official host of our III Congress. We feel fortunate to be warmly welcomed to enjoy its natural wonders, impressive landscapes, diverse cuisine, and the warmth of its people.
Dear students and professionals dedicated to these noble disciplines, the beauty of this country and the contagious energy of Brazilians are eagerly awaiting us.

Knowing INANS
International Association of Nutrition and Sport is a multidisciplinary call to action that promotes change factors at all levels in favor of our environment, resulting from the synergy of the highest standards of knowledge across all nations.
We were founded in the year 2016 and consist of an alliance of professors from 22 nations: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, United States, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, El Salvador, Ecuador, Spain, Mexico, Paraguay, Dominican Republic, Uruguay, Venezuela, India, Vietnam, and 5750 professionals, members, and collaborators.
We specialize in nutrition, sports, and health sciences related to these fields, making us an institution where multidisciplinary intervention is a fundamental pillar of our organizational structure.
We are a great team of professionals committed to research, updating, dissemination, innovation, and the generation of new knowledge.
Continuous updating is part of our mission; therefore, generating conferences, symposiums, webinars, workshops, courses, diplomas, congresses, etc., that meet the highest standards of academic level, is one of our priorities.
Contributing to the professional development of the communities where we are present is one of the great commitments we have made. Therefore, we have set the goal of bringing academic excellence to students and professionals, ensuring that the economic factor is not a barrier or impediment to accessing quality education.
